What if the GC requires their own format?

We work in whatever format they require. AIA G702/G703 is standard, but many GCs use variants (Textura, GCPay, etc.) — I fill those too.

Is the service monthly or per application?

Most clients use monthly (1 application per month per project), but I also do them one-off.
